A Statement from the Office of the CEO
To Our Valued Viewers and Affiliates,
It is with a calibrated sense of pride — and a reverent nod to television's golden age — that I formally introduce the new YTA: a network reborn through the lens of structured nostalgia, narrative discipline, and a flair for the wonderfully strange.
Our new brand draws its essence from cultural touchpoints that celebrate form and function — from the corporate symmetry of Severance, to the time-bending corridors of the TVA, and yes, from the bold optimism of 1970s broadcast America, when the glow of the cathode ray truly connected a country.
At its core, YTA is “Good Ole TV” — not just a slogan, but a mission directive. We are embracing both the timeless programming that built this industry and the original series that now expand it. Our Department of Content Refinement ensures every show is selected with precision, intention, and, occasionally, a sense of delightful absurdity.
But beyond programming, there is a truth we must not forget: Broadcast TV is one of the last remaining forms of free entertainment. No subscriptions. No data plans. No buffering wheels. Just a signal in the air, a story on the screen, and a connection to your local community that streaming services simply can’t replicate.
We don’t require your credit card. We don’t throttle your bandwidth. All we ask is that you tune in — and rediscover what television was always meant to be.
Thank you for being part of this new chapter in YTA’s timeline. Together, we’ll move forward by honoring the past — one frame at a time.
Warmly (and with full signal strength),
Thomas Ashley
